Terms & Conditions for $29 per Month website promotion
1. As a client of Viva Web Group, who chooses to take advantage of our monthly website program, you are entitled to work with our team to build a website that meets your satisfaction.
2. For the period of the initial design process and afterwards, all clients have the right to unlimited information & design changes to their web-page.
4. The domain name, although included in the service package will only be purchased by Viva Web Group when you, the client, are satisfied with the design of the website.
5. E-commerce services are not included in our monthly web packages but can be added in at an extra surcharge.
6. As A client of Viva Web Group, you will have access to statistics about your company’s website, and will be entitled to up to (5) business email accounts. (some exceptions may apply)
7. By agreeing to these terms you also agree that Viva Web Group may act as your marketing manager and you therefore allow Viva Web Group to use your business information/name to create online accounts and profiles on your behalf.
8. As a client of Viva Web Group, you must notify us (2) business days before the termination date of your trial period, in order to cancel our services, penalty free. Failure to do so will in effect give us full legal right to withdraw the first month’s payment of $29 + applicable taxes included.
9. If you wish to cancel our services within the first (12) months of employing Viva Web Group, without valid reason, and wish to transfer your domain name to another provider, a transfer fee of $150 may be applicable.
10. Because the website is part of a monthly service, the domain name and website files will remain the property of VivaWebGroup. If you wish to take ownership of these, you may contact our support team for details on the process and fees involved.
